Samphire Resources was formed to meet the corporate finance needs of precious metals and mineral exploration and mining companies.

Aims & Objectives

Samphire Resources’ purpose is to create for these companies an alternative funding proposition from the traditional banks. Mining companies are often asset rich but with limited access to the development finance needed to exploit the underground mineral resource. Such companies find themselves unable to raise funds from traditional banks without first incurring high costs and even then without any guarantee of funding being made available.

To meet the specific needs of these companies Samphire has established relationships with high quality financial institutions, brokers and sophisticated financial consultants. Operating inside and outside traditional banking environments, we create suitable flexible funding solutions, that can both minimising advance costs and relieve financial pressures on the funded companies in the early years.
